Privacy and support for the Nuhaya and Ruwwad apps
If something is wrong, or you have a question about either app, email boltontechnicalsupplies@gmail.com and you will get a reply from a person.
Please include which app you are using, your iPhone or iPad model, and the version of iOS, if you know it. It makes a real difference to how quickly something can be fixed.
Both apps keep everything on your own device. Deleting the app removes all of it, permanently and immediately.
Nuhaya also has Delete everything in the parent’s settings, if you want to clear a family’s records without removing the app.
Nuhaya is built for families and follows Apple’s Kids Category rules. It contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no way for a child to contact anyone.
If you are a parent and want to know exactly what the app stores about your child, the privacy policy lists every field, and the answer is short.
